Here is a great oversized (11 inch X 8.5 inch) paperback book from 1976 entitled SIXGUN HEROES: A PRICE GUIDE TO MOVIE COWBOY COLLECTIBLES. Compiled and written by noted price guide author THEODORE L. HAKE and collector/author ROBERT D. CAULER, the book is 139 pages in length and covers the collectible items from many film cowboys including HOPOLNG CASSIDY, ROY ROGERS, GENE AUTRY, JOHN WAYBE, THE LONE RANGER and many more. There are also many photos and prices of the stars and the collectibles of these popular film cowboys. Although the prices quoted are probably outdated by now, the book is still a great read. There is also a TRIVIA QUIZ about Westerns at the back part of the book. The book is in nice condition with still tight binding and only light bumping to the cover edges and corners The pages are very clean and mark and free. Someone removed the top title of the book on the title page (probably had an inscription), so, the book is priced accordingly. A great book for the cowboy/western films fan.
