This item is loose and does not include the original package. The figure is in VERY POOR condition. The figure has some marks/paint wear on it. The arms can go up/down, but have trouble going in/out. If you try and pose the arms, they will flop down. The waist can spin/twist easier than most figures. The legs are both very loose and appear to be close to detaching from the body of the figure.
